Author Guidelines for Journal Article

Introduction

The International Journal of Natural Sciences and Nanotechnology of the Malaysian Institute of Science and Development (MISD) adopts the highest international standards that raise the level of research to a global level. It adds to the research if the researcher adheres to it, to a real upgrade to the level of his research, and enhances his experience in scientific publishing. The total specifications contained in this guide give our research a scientific form that enhances its content and brings it out to the reader in a form commensurate with the development of scientific publishing controls and knowledge, which effectively keeps up with the developments of knowledge publishing.

 

Authors Guidelines:

1. Papers for consideration submitted via an electronic submission system, and two copies of the research should be sent to the publishing department via e-mail at publisher@misd.tech one in (word) format with authors’ details, and the other in (pdf) format without author details.
Our online submission system guides you stepwise through the process of entering your article details and uploading your files.

2. Papers should be legible, not less the 3000 words, and not more than 8000 words, in font size 8 for Time New Roman. Authors should include their names (first name, middle initial, and last name) and their current address for correspondence.

3. Headings and subheadings should be used throughout the text to divide the subject matter into important, logical parts. Typical headings include:
Title, Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Theory, Experimental Procedure, Results, Discussion, Conclusions, Acknowledgements, References, and Appendices. Abbreviations should be spelled out when first used in the text.

4. Keywords should be included at the end of the abstract page and provide a maximum of (4-6) keywords, avoiding general and plural terms. Be sparing with abbreviations: only abbreviations firmly established in the field may be eligible. These keywords will be used for indexing purposes.
